  8.     The best way to learn how to use Pulses is to explore; however here are some hints.
  9.  
  10.     Whenever a design is being drawn:
  11.             ◊    <modifier>-clicking is equivalent to <modifier>-typing.
  12.             ◊    Option-click to save the design to a PICT file
  13.             ◊    Command-click to keep the settings (then save from the File menu)
  14.     During random designs, shift-click to abort the current drawing and go to another one.
  15.  
  16.     If the starting angle preference is negative, Pulses will always start drawing at the absolute value of that angle (e.g. the default preference is -90, so all designs start at 90º).

  18.     Some sample designs are included.  Most of these were random designs that I captured by command-typing.
  19.  
  20.      Depending on your hardware setup, you may need to increase the memory partition to save pictures. 512K is enough for a 16-inch monitor at 256 colors.

  23.             ◊    Occasional starting white segment was removed
  24.             ◊    Preferences dialog works correctly
  25.             ◊    Colors start at the starting angle
